Warranty period
From the acceptance check date on, we offer one-year warranty period and guarantee that for the equipment breakdown, we respond within 4 hours. If necessary, our service staff will arrive at the site at the client's notice within 24 hours for domestic or a direct video guide for overseas site. The two sides will discuss the technical analysis and will repair or replace the components once there is any production problem. We will provide paid-technical-services- &-spare-parts supply after the warranty period.
Train
As soon as the equipment are sent at the site, my company will send technical and service stuff to arrive at the scene to have the special training on installation & debugging of the equipment and technical training.
Patrol inspection
After the machine goes into running, we will ask our agent or distributor to conduct a telephone tracking service for the end user to follow up the machine's operation state per 3 months.
