Precautions for Using Mud Pump
Check all studs and nuts on the hydraulic end, such as cylinder head flange nuts, cylinders and racks Connected nuts, suction manifolds, connecting bolts, nuts, etc. of the discharge manifold, if loose, must be tightened according to the specified torque value.
Check the seal ring in the pony rod stuffing box. If it has been worn out, it must be replaced at least once every three months. Pay attention to the oil seal position when replacing.
Disassemble and clean the filter cartridge installed in the drain filter.
Replace the power end oil once every six months. First drain the dirty oil in the oil pool and crosshead sedimentation tank, and clean these oil tanks at the same time.
