3zb-10/30 is a three-cylinder multi-well injection pump with our own property rights.It is espcially for the tail end of the injection operation which requires secondary pressurization to balance the flows of the left oil well.It can realize unattended operation,save energy and cut down the cost for fracture or acidizing.It has now been widely used in various oil fields of Changqing Oil Field under CNPC.
For 3ZB-10/30,the total flow rate is 167 lpm @ 4350psi discharge pressure. The general flow can be equally or specifically divided into 3 divisions for three oil wells equal distribution. If the pump fluid end' space is large, the division can also be four or five sets.
