3ZYB37 Mobile Booster Pump consists of an injection pump, a manifold, a regulated water distribution system, a flow pressure measurement system, a control system and an air conditioning system. It can be mainly for mobile or cyclic water injection, or the sites without fixed plant water injection station. It can be used for water injection of single well or multiple wells.
Features
1. The fluid end mainly adopts the hydraulic balance structure to reduce the residual clearance volume in the cylinders and improve the service life of the cylinder block.
2. The crankshaft temperature detection adopts our patented product "A kind of reciprocating pump power end crankshaft temperature detection system".
3. The power end uses splash lubrication to ensure its normal running.
