3ZJ65 Polymer Injection Pump consists of fluid end, power end and lybricant systems.It is specially developed for the process of polymer injection and oil displacement in oil fields.It can transport lye, surfactant,binary and/or ternary liquid.
Features
1. The pump valve adopts combined spherical valve so that the valve canguidE the liquid flow, make the liquid flow unblocked and avoid the medium tapping and degradation,which can help improve the efficiency and reliability of the pump.
2. The fluid cylinder block flow channel is smooth, the flow section is uniform, which can avoid retention area, reduce the shear of the polymer and minimize the clearance volume.
