III. Pump Unit with Skid
It consists of the high-pressure drilling pump with inner reducer,diesel engine, lubricant systems of power end & fluid end, bearings,water tank,booster pump,control system and common skid/oil box.The pump unit adopts Cummins high quality diesel engine as the motive force. The diesel air compressor has a pressure regulator, which can maintain the air supply pressure ranges in 0.6-0.8MPa. Equipped with electric starter, emergency stop device, and high water temperature, low oil pressure, water loss protection device, the operation control system is installed in the operation control box of the pump unit.
