At 8:30 am,July 8,2025,a summer morning in Baoji,China.It was cloudy and windy outside while muggy in the processing workshop. The experienced worker Mr.Chen was absorbed in fastening a new bolt for the fluid end of a new ordered quintuple injection pump. Beside the fluid end,his two young apprentices were studying one par of the power end. His team has assembled 137 sets of pumps in the last six months of this year and 99% of the pumps have passed the inspection once, the left have been renewed and rechecked again in a week and passed the second inspection,which is very efficient and productive for the 20-year assembling master and his 10-person team.
Even though,they kept working with the AI Era and started learing how to operate the new robot arms on assembling and installation of the new pumps,which requires them more professional skills and programming language in the future.The innovation and creation on traditional merchanic
