5ZB800 HP Water Injection Pump is mainly used to replace the high energy consumption multi-stage centrifugal pump in the current water injection process of oil fields. The pump adopts unique seal structure with less leak, less friction and less wearing. It obtains the brilliant features of large flow, high discharge pressure, lower energy consumption and high level of automation.
Features
1. The patented packing has perfect chemical stabilization and heat resistance and can be safely used at the temperature range of -15～120℃.
2. There are four fluorine spacer rings between packing to guarantee the packing be compacted evenly and get lubricated with a longer serving life.

Application
The series has been smoothly operated in Daqing oil field which belongs to CNPC since October, 2018. All the wearing assembles and the seal of the packing maintain perfect state. CNOOC ordered 8 sets of 5ZB800 to apply on their sea platform in Bohai Bay, China in March, 2023.
Used for injecting water in the offshore platform of CNOOC.
