Installation
Mount the pump on a flat and solid foundation to keep the pump body horizontal,fasten all pipeline connections firmly and reserve sufficient space for overhaul.Check oil levels, diaphragms and pipeline tightness before startup carefully ,then start the pump under no-load condition and gradually increase load afterwards.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect vulnerable parts, replace hydraulic and lubricating oil, monitor pressure and flow rate, and troubleshoot abnormalities in a timely manner.
