ZB1500 HP Fracture Pump

NB1500 HP Fracture Pumps are five-cylinder single acting reciprocating types. It is a new large power plunger pump designed by our own. It is set up by power end, fluid end, plunger combinations and lubricant system. It is mainly applied for large flow rate, high pressure water delivery and oil field water injection.

1. The perfusion pump system, main pump, reducer, frequency conversion motor and pump skid junction box are integrated onto a skid block, which ensures the structure compact, easy to install and easy to maintain.
2. High voltage frequency conversion and low voltage intelligent control system are placed separately.
3. Main bearing adopts rolling bearing to obtain stable transmission, high strength and long service life.
4. The inlet and outlet preloaded bladder accumulators are installed on the plunger pump are installed to effectively reduce the vibration of the pipeline and avoid the cracking of the pipeline weld.

The series has been used as Intermittent work such as fracturing, cementing and completion in Huadong Oil Field of SINOPEC.

Driven by hydraulic motor; Mate with the trenchless large-tonnage horizontal directional drilling machines to pump various viscous and nonviscous hydraulic fluids such as fresh water and mud.
