4 sets of NB250 Mud Pumps are reordered by the old African client , with the technical requirements consistent with the previous order, including a large pressure 10000psi due to test the drilling wells.
Our technical team selected this mature and stable pump model. The entire pump set is diesel-engine driven, equipped with a hydraulic torque converter for gear shifting. Its power is transmitted via a universal shaft and gearbox to drive the main pump. An integrated monitoring and protection system provides real-time supervision of the pump unit's operation, as well as the pressure and flow rate of the on-site medium.
After production and assembly,the 4 pumps are inspected by the third-party and they were confirmed that the hydraulic end, power end, and lubrication system perform stably and run smoothly. The pump units feature compact structure, high pressure, convenient adjustment, reliable operation, easy maintenance and portability for towing.
Compared to the first order, this pump unit incorporates four key technical improvements:
1.Optimized gear-shifting system , reducing shift interval time to just 2 seconds .
2.All connections upgraded to quick-release unions for on-site instant repairs.
3.Added an integrated steel frame to shield the pump from sun and rain, extending service life .
4.Redesigned placement of the water tank and booster pump , saving space and achieving a more compact structure.
