The new 6 sets of plunger pumps were shipped to the site of the oil fields recently and put on the trial operation since yesterday!
The capacity is up to 150m3/h, which is the medium flow for the large scale injeciton pump series in our company. The pumps are
equipped with V-belts,electric motors,control cabinets and manifolds.And concerning of the harsh ambient temperature and wind,the
open shields are prepared for more stable and smooth running.
5ZB Large Flow Plunger pumps are horizontal triplex single active reciprocating pump series. It mainly consists of power end, fluid end and lubrication system.It is mainly used for high pressure water injection and industrial or civil high pressure lifting water. Power rate range: 450～900kW,flow rate range:26～350 m3/h,discharge pressure range: 6.3～50MPa,Sucking pressure:0.02～0.1MPa.
The series has widely used for the pumping water,booster pressure on the oil fields.They have been widely used in varius oil fields in China and exported in the markets of Iraq,Nigeria and Argentina.
