So the pump has to be smaller shape but better merchanical performance. Ms.Tang, our advanced engineer and desginer of the pump put a lot of efforts on the new strcutual design and performance evaluation since the end of Sepetember.
After 3 technical discussions and clarifications, the user agreed the technical solution and quotation. He was too busy to come to have a face-to-face factory inspection. So we invited him to have an on-line factory inspection recently. The new assembly workshop is the main spot where the unfinished pumps and spares are set orderly at their own processing lines that morning. Without intended prepare in advance, just the sychronized video scanning each corner of the workshop,every one was doing his work regularly but smoothly,and even the delivery of the coal water injection pump units was captured cacually.The client was goning through each corner just like he were at the site sychronously. He kept saying yes to the cyliner process line, to the plunger inspection team, to the painting shop and to the test bed. He judged that we were an old,but professional and traditional pump producer.
